1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance via our official website www.padel-hour.com, through WhatsApp/phone call at +92-31-777-PADEL (72335) or at the club reception.

• Bookings will only be confirmed after full payment is received.

• All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Bookings are non-transferable subject to prior approval from Padel Hour Management.

• In the event of rain or extreme weather, bookings shall be rescheduled subject to courts’ availability.

2. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Any changes to your booking must be made at least 12 hours before the booking start time.

• All change requests are subject to court availability.

• To request changes, please call or WhatsApp us at +92-31-777-PADEL (72335).

• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

3. Arrival & Check-in

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and warm up.

• Late arrival will not result in booking extension; your slot will end as per the scheduled time.

• Entry into the courts will only be allowed at your scheduled booking start time.

4. Equipment & Rentals

• Rackets & Balls are provided free of charge for standard play.

• Premium rackets and other gear are available for rent from our Pro Hour Shop at the club.

• New Ball-Can Policy:

o Free new can of balls is available for bookings 2.5 hours or more.

o PKR 1,000 charge per new ball-can for bookings of 1hr, 1.5hr, or 2hr.

• Guests are responsible for the care of all rented equipment. Any damage or loss shall be charged at

the prevailing replacement cost.

5. Court Use & Conduct

• Only proper padel shoes (non-marking soles) are allowed on the courts.

• No food or colored drinks allowed on the courts.

• Smoking, vaping, or chewing gum on court area is strictly prohibited.

• Avoid leaning, hanging, or causing damage to the glass walls and netting.

• Maintain respectful behavior towards other players, staff, and club property.

6. Safety & Liability

• Play at your own risk. Padel Hour is not responsible for any injuries sustained during play.

• All guests must follow the instructions of club staff for safety and operational reasons.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless enrolled in a club coaching program.

7. Photography & Media

• Padel Hour reserves the right to photograph or record video during club activities for promotional purposes.

• If you wish not to be included in promotional material, please inform reception before your booking.

8. Membership & Loyalty Benefits

• Members may enjoy priority booking and exclusive promotions.

• Loyalty points can be redeemed for court bookings, coaching sessions, and merchandise in accordance with club policies.

9. Lost & Found

• Padel Hour is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

• Found items shall be kept for 14 days before being donated.

10. Management Rights

• Management reserves the Right of Admission.

• Management decisions are final in all disputes.

• Padel Hour reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
